first round was product thinking round where they asked me to
design a product using AI to improve healthcare sector
1st round went well interviewer gave me strong hire
Next round was a disaster round - problem solving round
here they supposed to ask RCA or success metrics questions, But I don't know what the interviewer was trying to test
Que: Imagine you are a PM at big basket, how would you improve NPS of detractors who have given bad rating for partly deliver items assume company already optimised the product process
He was a director of product he mugged up some answer which he wanted to hear that's when interviews go bad specially for PM role
I really hate such leader who don't know how to take interviews worst reality of PM interviews

Recruiter reached out to me and rescheduled 3 times and finally I had the interview with a a completely different person.
The concerned person was least interested in the interview and cut short 1 hour interview to 20 mins .
