The interview process was very structured and efficient. It began with an initial call with the recruiter, followed by a skills assessment, a group interview with the hiring manager, and concluded with conversations with members of the C-Suite. I had the opportunity to meet with various team members, which gave me a well-rounded perspective of the company culture and expectations. The interview process consisted of a phone screening, a digital assessment, and three panel interviews. The first was with a client services manager and team member, the second with the leadership team, and the third with the executive team. Throughout the process, I was impressed by the level of transparency shown across the board. The teams asked great questions and it was clear that they were not only looking for a technical/skills fit but that a culture fit was very important. Their recruiting team quickly followed up after each interview with clear next steps which stood out from other interview processes I've experienced.
