I was given a group interview where several different people asked questions. It was a long process to get to the interview as they had over 950 applications. After delays - there was an approx 1-hour interview.

1. Application - with a resume and cover letter in addition to a written assignment. 2. You are then requested to do another assignment of questions and writing 3. If selected, you have a phone interview with a group panel 4. If selected again, you proceed further in the application process with another interview. I was actively involved in the process, steps, assignments, reading the book, learning the app, reading all the blog posts and knowledge base articles, and taking part in the group interview... for over 60 days - but then I received an email and was told I was not selected. The staff seem really great and I was disappointed not to be selected. This seems like a good team to work with.
