I was called a week after I submitted my resume, it was only one interview (in-person), after the interview they called me a week later to ask for my references, 2 days later they called me and offer the position, I accepted and started within 2 weeks. No salary negotiation was necessary.

Very easy interview, interviewers were very friendly and made easy questions, questions regarding the experience in previous jobs and request to explain "what would you do in a situation like this...."
