Rather disorganized and unprofessional experience.
The manager I interviewed with contacted me for an interview. The first red flag I noticed was that he called me the wrong name several times...he even emailed me with what seems to have been a message for another potential candidate; included the candidate's name and phone number.
Once I got to the interview, it was a nice environment. A second red flag though that came up is that the manager was scrambling to find his paperwork for the interview. It's like he wasn't that prepared at al even though we set up the interview time a week in advance. However, I tried to give them a chance. I thought the position would have been a great fit because I have experience in working with a major airline as a ticketing/gate agent for several years. What made me even more excited is that the system they used to make reservations, change itineraries, and all that jazz was nearly identical to the system I used with Delta Air Lines. During the interview, they even had me job shadow one of their agents. The job shadow allowed me to show the agent how much I already knew about the database they used. I talked about reissuing tickets, rebooking passengers, working with international flights, and looking up flights. I also told them all about how familiarized I already was with at least a few of the major airline's policies and procedures.
Unfortunately, after the job shadow is where I noticed the third big red flag. The manager straight up said to me that they prefer to hire candidates that don't have much airline ticketing experience, so they themselves could train any new agents and mold them the way the company wanted to. Are you kidding me????? You'd rather go with someone who didn't have much experience as compared to someone with tons of experience???? After hearing that comment I was no longer sure of what to expect about whether or not I'd get the job. Sure enough.....they didn't offer it.
I'm not sure what else to say. Overall, I thought I'd write this review to help give any potential candidates a heads up.

They didn't ask any behavioral questions, only typical questions like why did you leave your last job and what interests you about this position.
