Applied in March and had phone interview shortly after. Then I was strung along for 2 months before receiving an invitation to the conference in June in Dearborn. Did not hear back until almost 2 months later at the end of July from the recruiter I had to phone interview with via email after sending them 2 emails for feedback.

Was first contacted to do a phone interview then I was invited to attend the Ford Management Conference in Dearborn, MI. Ford provided the transportation to and from the conference as well as a hotel room in Dearborn. The interview consisted of two parts, a group and an individual. In the group interview the interviewers mostly just observed how we as a group interacted and worked out the problem. The individual interview was pretty straightforward and relaxed with some behavioral questions and some situational.
