      Colloquio

      My first interview was great. It was explained to me what FORMOSI was all about and was a very warm and friendly environment. I talked about my experience with bartending and how those personal and communication skills would be applicable in a sales role. My second interview I got to go out in the field and see what the job was really about, which I loved because I could get a taste of what it is and really see myself doing it. Danielle was my sales rep and she was super awesome and showed me how the sales can be fun. I loved getting to shadow her! The trainers were really amazing too, they help with training you to be prepared for your first day on the job! They're great at teaching you in a supportive way how to be the most efficient with this role.

      Colloquio

      The interview process was extensive and exactly what I needed to really understand the job. It consisted of two in person interviews and one phone interview. The first in person interview consisted a lot about educating me on the company and helping me understand the big picture of it. The second in person interview was a day of observation where I went out with a current employee and got to see what a typical day looked like for a sales rep. I was able to ask questions and get more of an understanding of what I would naturally be good at and what areas would be challenging for me if I got the job/accepted it. The third interview was over the phone and they did an amazing job in asking me all the right questions to help them determine if I was the right candidate and also to help me decide if I was ready to push myself out of my comfort zone. Everyone was very respectful and I felt right away that they had the best intentions at heart. They wanted me to accept the job only if I felt very sure of it (and myself).

      Taryn reached out to me via Indeed in regards to a position and invited me in for an interview. I had been job searching for a bit because I really wanted to find a company that I could see myself growing and being apart of and Formosi showed me just that. During the first interview with Stephen, he told me about the company and what they did as well as why they do what they do. I was immediately interested, but was a little hesitant because I had not been in sales prior to this position. He reassured me about the position and also told me about the potential opportunities I would have within the company as they related to my prior experience and skills. The second interview I shadowed with a current Sales Representative and she showed me the ropes on how to be an efficient Sales and Marketing representative within the company. They then called me later that day to offer me the position.
