Though the process started off quite straightforward, asking me to come in for an interview at their office, the initial interview was rushed and disorganised.
The interviewer was clearly an overworked Manager who was more than 30 minutes late to speak with me, she did not look at me while I was speaking, nor did she focus on what I was saying as she was too busy checking her phone.
I understand that Managers can get quite busy, but what's the point of scheduling in an interview if you don't plan to properly vet your incoming staff? I attempted to make her life easier by rushing through my qualifications and work experience, telling her I understand how multitasking and juggling many things could be challenging. She cut me off half way to inform me she had another meeting and left abruptly. I was then asked to speak with another Manager. He was a lot more present and friendly and gave me a better understanding of what they were looking for and what their agency culture was like. (I later found out he had just resigned).
The second interview with the boss wasn't much better. She was curt and spent a majority of the interview talking herself, informing me that I would have no work-life balance and this wasn't a place to learn, both of which were completely fair as they were in fact 100% true.

I was very worried coming for this interview because of all the other bad reviews here but the interview went very well even though I didn’t get the job. The interviewer was very patient and told me many things about the advertising industry and the company itself. I came away with more knowledge after the interview.

Fast and furious. Mostly talked about how agency has to move ahead. Never touched on specific person skill set. Much of staff looked tired and beaten. Alarms bells rang but I snooze them off
