Less than 30 minutes. First, I was called to set up an interview, then I went on-site for the branch I applied for. There were 3 interviewers; the branch manager, the department head, and the person who would become my direct supervisor.

They asked if I was comfortable with children, as well as high-stress situations, since I would be working in the Youth Department. They also asked if I was comfortable singing and dancing, as I would be helping with youth programming.
