Very simple. Small group interview that lasted about 20 minutes, and was hired quickly after. They asked average questions about what my hardest challenges at work were and why I wanted to work at Fossil. They explained the expectations and told us that we have to wear Fossil clothes at all times, which is ridiculous.

Interview was very simple. I was called in and was interviewed by the store manager. Lasted about twenty minutes. Received a call with a job offer within a week and was asked if i could start the next week.

The interview was straightforward, yet had very thought provoking questions. The interviewer was easy going and conveyed a sense of calm, rather than pinning you with constant intimidation. Overall, the interview was simple and allowed to ask questions about how the company operates. So far, they were fairly open about my questions.
