Applied for the job and received a email for an interview a week and a half later. Had the interview the day after the email, and was told I would receive an update within the next two weeks. Didn't hear back until three weeks after the interview, and was told they moved on with another candidate.

Online application followed by a phone call to schedule phone interview, next a phone interview. If selected several interviews would follow.
