In my case there were 5 rounds:
1. Written test (SQL test)
2. Technical interview
3. Technical/managerial interview
4. Cultural fit round(HR round)
5. Business round
First round:
Basic and advance SQL questions
Second round:
Asked questions on the project architecture and explain the corner cases.
Third Round:
Asked me on project architecture, testing, performance tuning
Fourth round:
Asked some experience based questions for cultural fit
Fifth round:
Asked about project. Why fractal . Client engagement etc

Colloquio
I applied through a referral and went through the following interview process:
1. Technical Round (1 hr 15 mins) – Covered SQL (medium difficulty), Python (easy), PySpark (easy), and many many many Azure-related questions. They also asked basic Power BI concepts.
2. Apex Interview (35 mins) – Focused on scenario-based questions, Spark internals, and a basic discussion on AI/ML.
3. Hiring Committee (HC) Interview (30 mins) – HR discussion, soft skills, and situational questions.
Each interview was scheduled exactly one week apart.

My overall interview process happened for 2weeks- Initially I have given 2technical rounds of interview on the consecutive days. Post that I gave online assessment test which covers SQL, python and spark and after that I have completed my HR round. Overall the interview process was smooth and HR was approachable throughout the process.

It was one technical round followed by a management round.
Over all it was a good discussion. They mainly focused on the technical abilities of Data Engineering, ETL and Data warehouses etc.
