Really positive and welcoming interview. I got a lovely vibe from the office space and panel from the very beginning. Questions were a mix of general about me and how I work , HR competency and then more specific to the organisation with a focus on wellbeing and safeguarding. I was offered the role the next day and the onboarding process was smooth. Overall a great experience!
