Straight forward initial telephone chat and then face to face and discussed package and benefits. Just want hungry driven people and if your that you will be fine. Always hiring so if you do well you will get in fairly quickly.

Chaotic. One day were meant to be meeting in Portsmouth, then we weren't. Then it was via teams and then it wasnt. Ended up with a phone call with a sales manager. Spoke about experience etc. pretty standard stuff. Then received a message saying that I would be contacted by the ops team a day or 2 later, set up a call. No call came, sent messages and emails, no reply. Poor communication from start to finish.
