Applied online and recived email approximately one week later to schedule preliminary phone interview. Three weeks later was scheduled for phone interview with hiring manager. One week later scheduled for on site interview. Hr staff along with department staff were present at all interviews. Hr asked situational questions, department staff asked experience questions. They seemed to have a interview question sheet they used. All question you are asked to give examples of a situation or technical problem and asked how you responded what did you do.
