The job interview was made up of 3 actual contacts. First, there was a telephone interview; the 2nd interview was a face-to-face panel interview. 3rd was phone interview with an officer from senior mgmt. The interview process was pretty direct. Of course if you make it to the 3rd portion, you are most likely a preferred candidate for the position and they are interesred in hiring you. If you are experienced and know the job of a case mgr, you should do well in the interview. Just be prepared to answer quite a few questions.
