I had an initial call with the Recruiter which was a very positive experience however when I was booked onto an actual interview stage, the problems have started. I had my interview scheduled twice and in the end I had my interview cancelled on the same day. 2 days later, I received an email saying that due to structural changes in the team they are no longer hiring for a position I applied? I had to have my initial interview rescheduled as well because the team was on a conference so in overall: 2 interviews cancelled only to find out my time was wasted on emails, qualification call and the preparation for the interview. I can see the company had great reviews on Glassdoor which is why I am so frustrated and shocked at how bad the recruitment process is. Very unprofessional, so won't be wasting my time in the future to apply for any positions at this company.
