We start with a short call with the recruiter and everthing was fine there. After pass the english interview I received a code challengue where I had that record all coding process (2hours of video :O).- The video coding was good and the last interview was a list of 15 question where each question required an answer of 30 sec.- Basically the questions had relation with .NET / GIT / teams work.- On this last part I was rejected but I think was not fairsince that question could have more than one correct answers. Summary: I spent 4 hours in the coding challengue and finally rejected... I think the process is not very good you will waste a lot of time doing it.
