Very casual meeting with the Creative director. Had to wait for 15-20 minuets from the arranged time, then was offered a coffee or water then taken to his office. I was asked about my portfolio and we discussed a few recent projects. We did not talk about my College experience or very much about my personal life (culture fit questions), I was then given a small tour of the office and was offered the job.
