They ask you qualifying questions and if you qualify you are recruited as a sales rep after 2 interviews and 10 training videos that are not really great for training and then another interview you will be hired

I applied in person and received a one-on-one interview within half an hour. The manager who interviewed me was great- polite, personable and open. I received an offer pending background check and started training about a week and a half later (the later start was due to my schedule, not theirs).

Very nice very smooth and I was closed thoroughly on becoming a rep so much that by the end of my interview I had already signed up for the direct deposit and agreed to the refundable $300.00 for the Tablet they would be sending me. By the end of the interview I felt uneasy about being pushed so quickly to join. So I finished up and decided to surf the internet to see what you and other sources said about the company. After looking at the overall comments I decided it was not a good fit for me.
