The interview was normal, nothing over the top. The person who was taking the interview needed help of laptop to ask questions. Person was not even qualified enough to take interview. Also when the feedback came to me, i was assessed entirely on the skills for which no question was asked. I do not know what kind of interview panel they have.There is no transperancy between the panel, hr and candidate. Think twice before going there for an interview. If this is the condition during interview then what might be happening on the floor.
