Basically the Regional manager just looked at my resume, spoke with me for 5 minutes about my background, and offered the job. Not difficult or high stress at all, if you have the background they are looking for they will hire you. Background check took a few weeks though so the start date was later then I expected.

Easy friendly relaxed just be a normal human being. If you're obviously not taking care of the normal things like hygiene and not look sharp. They probably won't think you care about the job. It's very simple be presentable and you'll get the job.
