It was on-campus. Applied through referral after the career fair. Got contacted a week later, for on-campus interview. Behavioral Questions were asked, it was a fairly straight-forward interview and well done, prepared from the recruiter's side. They were friendly, professional and informative.

Focus on grit, sales experience, and desire to learn. It was first a coffee chat, and then two rounds of interviews. It was important to follow up. First interview was with the SLDP manager and the second was with a director

The interview process was overall good, the first round was a phone screen and was pretty short. The second round was a zoom with behavioral questions. The interviewer was very nice and easy to talk to, it was pretty conversational.
