The Interview process was good and I met with several different people. They all asked questions based on my experience and asked to provide examples on how you would handle difference scenarios. The process took a little longer than expected, however I think it was just because of the timing and everyone seemed very busy but certainly very friendly and forthcoming with information about the job.

Be prepared to answer key strengths and any experience that attributes to the strength. I would have at least 3 examples. If you are out of college use examples from college like an internship.
