A screening call with a recruiter, who is kind of rude, then a superday interview with 3 interviewers, 20 minutes each, all behavioral. Emphasis on interest in the role and insurance. Interviewers were nice, and overall, a very easy interview process

Filled out a questionnaire then had one super day of interviews, talked to 3 different reps from the Chevy Chase office. Received an offer about 2 weeks later followed by background check

First is HR call ask basic questions and schedule the next round interviews and the second round interviews is a group interview. I interviewed three different managers in one hour and mostly behavioral questions.
