I was originally called for applying for a Claims Rep but then while on the phone I was told it was no longer available, so to come in for an interview for the Sales Rep position. I went there, had to take some tests on a computer basically about and how to do stuff that you'd be doing on a daily basis. This included mock phone calls and emails regarding people calling in for multiple reasons. Also a typing test. Afterwards I was pulled into one of the hiring managers office and spoke for about 20 mins. After that she made me do 3 mock phone calls in a separate room where she called me pretending to be a customer and I had to calla car wash service. Definitely a unique experience.
