I recently applied to Geico the process was fairly easy online. You then get an email to set up your phone interview. Which I set for a day where I had no distractions. I believe the recruiters are very rude and need training on how to deal with people. It is ridiculous that they have these people that although they ask acceptable questions their attitudes are very disgusting. Its like they don't want to be bothered.

Process was pretty straightforward, I applied online, within minutes I was sent an email for an assessment, within 24 hours I was able to schedule a phone interview. I was asked to come in for a final in person interview. I received an offer.

Process was very straightforward. I applied, and shortly after had the opportunity to take an assessment. Once those results came in a day or two later I was contacted to schedule a Webex interview. My interviewer was very nice and helpful and seemed genuinely engaged in my interview and getting to know me.
