Recent interview with Geico.
I passed all the tests/interviews conducted by HR and sat with a claims representative agent, then moved to interview with Manager. Manager who interviewed me didn't care! He paid no attention and seemed to be lost in his own world. I asked him questions regarding the job, culture of Geico, etc. and he wasn't paying any attention at all. I should've walked out of there because I wasted my time going back and forth with the interviews. I will not waste my time interviewing again. Thanks but no thanks.

Process was pretty straightforward, I applied online, within minutes I was sent an email for an assessment, within 24 hours I was able to schedule a phone interview. I was asked to come in for a final in person interview. I received an offer.

Process was very straightforward. I applied, and shortly after had the opportunity to take an assessment. Once those results came in a day or two later I was contacted to schedule a Webex interview. My interviewer was very nice and helpful and seemed genuinely engaged in my interview and getting to know me.
