Colloquio
There was a career fair at my school with booths set up for visiting companies. I went to the Geico booth, introduced myself and showed my interest for the company by talking about some facts I head researched. (Note: Probably one of the worst things you can do at these fairs is to ask, So what do you do?, make sure you do some basic research on the company.) Anyway we talked for a few minutes, he handed me a card with info were I could meet for the interview. At the interview, he just asked me a bunch of personality questions like, What is your greatest weakness? and What is the most challenging project you have worked on?. I still have yet to be contacted, but I'd like to add that knowing the answers to these questions will make your interview go much smoother, as it did mine.

Colloquio
Applied online through their website and got an email from them around three days later asking me when I was available so they could call me to do an interview over the phone. The interview lasted around 25 minutes and they explained the roles that I would be performing and what would the paid rate be as an intern and what would it would be for the full time positoin.

Colloquio
Applied online, got a call to schedule a phone interview the next day. Just asked simple background information and then scheduled a interview at the office. Not too tough just some behavioral questions
Domande di colloquio [1]
Domanda 1
Describe a time when you were tasked with something without being given many instructions
I applied online through their company portal. First step was a phone screening interview, which was mostly behavioral. Second step was a on-site interview with that focused on a variety of topics including Software Development Life Cycle and OOP questions.
