It started with a phone interview with HR asking general questions about my background and experience level. I just graduated college and did a 6 month internship with a firm in Dallas. The HR guy was very nice and casual. We set up an in person interview the following week where I met the department managers. It was a two on one interview and it was very relaxed and easy to talk to them. The next day I received a call for another in-office interview where i met with two VP's and an SVP. Again the conversation flowed nicely. They asked me personality questions as well as questions about my experience level. Two days later I received a phone call with an offer and the next morning I received my offer letter. the whole thing took about 3 weeks due to scheduling interviews. All in all it was a great experience.
