Very simple. 3 rounds, one online, one on campus, and then the final round was at Gallagher's headquarters. All personable questions. Interviewers usually just create conversation rather than interview by question. Just be yourself and you'll be fine.

Asked for an introduction, discussed the role, and asked for further questions. you meet with the area manager instead of HR. only 30 minute interview. Overall not that difficult of an interview and both interviewers are easygoing.
Phone call screening where I was asked basic questions about sales. It was very casual and they wanted to see how comfortable I was speaking on the phone and being able to answer basic questions about myself.
