Several interviews: 1) Initial Phone Interview, 2) 2nd Phone Interview (with corp) 3) Face to Face Interview. Sometimes it takes weeks to hear back once you have submitted a resume. They prefer to hire people that are referrals from current employees. Background checks take time, so you may be conditionally accepted and not get an answer fully for 2-3 weeks.
