The panel were quite intimidating and they asked questions that were not in any way related to the role and got my name wrong 4 times despite me politely correcting them.

1st stage was an assessment centre that consisted of 3 aspects. The first was a discussion regarding a case which was observed by current management team. The second was a face to face interview with 2 managers and the third was an in tray exercise.
2nd stage was a 2nd interview
