Apply and get an interview with the HR department. You get a call back for group training. This is mostly going over general guidelines for healthcare and filling out paperwork. You just need to go through training and take an online assessment. The assessment is generally questions like is this abuse, what would you do in this situation, etc.

I wasn't asked any difficult questions that someone shouldn't expect in an interview. They were generally like, why are you qualified? why do you want to work in a nursing home?
