I interviewed with Genpact, and my experience was extremely disappointing. My interview was scheduled, and I joined on time, but the interviewer did not show up. I waited over 20 minutes while HR tried contacting them, only to be told to wait repeatedly.
The interview was rescheduled, and the same thing happened again: I joined on time, waited 10–15 minutes, and the interviewer never appeared. Despite confirming the interview in advance, there was no communication or accountability.
I understand schedules can change, but the repeated lack of respect for candidates’ time was unprofessional and frustrating.
