You have to apply in genpact career site and after getting shortlisted you will get a call from hr team.
There are 3-4 rounds in the interview which include your introduction, banking knowledge and commutation skills. After clearing all the rounds you will be selected. H.R team and onboarding team is very cooperative and helpful.

Overall good experience. Had 3 rounds of interview lined up with - Manager, Senior Manager and HR. The interview lasted for 15 - 20 mins max. The last round with HR was a bit tough.
