The interview process is very easy and the interviewers are very kind for new joiners or freshers.
First of all there is 1st round of interview that is known as HR round and then you will give second round of interview that is known as operation manager round.
After this process if you selected then you will get a follow up by Genpact.

The lobby time waiting was too long but the actual interview went well and was easy. The interviewer was friendly too, I overall had a good experience. They were quick to revert back too.
It was easy related to generice accouting queations and AP knowledge. Are you ok for night shift etc. Apart from it whether you can shift in noida. there will be night shift and you should be flexible for shifts.
