Pretty standard - why Gensler, tell us about yourself, select a project from your portfolio. Be prepared to ask them several questions about the work place culture, your responsibilities etc
It took about 2 months after applying to be invited for an interview. Was about 10 minutes long. Asked to review portfolio, be prepared to go through 2-3 of your best projects with them.

Colloquio
Reviewers were fairly uninterested, seemed tired, and uninspired- which worried me. Questions were either easy, or confusing, at some points they did not take the interview seriously at all and laughed at a response, for some reason.
