First I got an automated phone interview where you use an app to record yourself answering pre-recorded questions, these were all soft skills related. Next, I got a phonecall where they basically just called and asked if I had any questions, luckily I was prepared or I would have just ended the call early. Next they paid for me to come to Richmond and interview at HQ, I think I had 2 interview with different people. The first one was more soft skills but more like 'describe such and such project experience you have'. Then I had a technical interview where we just talked about some of the stuff that was going on in my classes. There was no whiteboard or algorithms work or anything like that so I felt like it was easy overall.
