Very straightforward and to the point. Interview started as soon as I sat down with the Customer Service Manager. More of a friendly chat than a formal job interview. Was asked a few management type questions (since I was applying for the hourly management program).

Hiring process was pretty easy. It took about 30 minutes, and all the staff was very welcoming. I recommend getting there at least 15 minutes early. This shows properness and readiness.
Don't worry about it they'll just ask you why you want to work, and look at your background. They're usually hiring people on a daily basis so don't sweat it.
