Applied online and received an email to schedule a call within 2 days. After the phone interview, an in-person interview was scheduled. They asked some standard questions and job related ones. Answered all my questions and made the interview feel comfortable. After the interview, HR responded to my emails within a couple hours when I asked for updates. I appreciated the great communication through the process, even the notification that I wasn't chosen.
