Talked to 8 individuals on 6 sessions. 3 rounds, 2nd on site with 2*2 stakeholders and HR. 3rd round with 3 Directors. Took 8 weeks to get an offer. Hiring consultant was occasionally hard to reach.
Overall very positive experience. I would say the best interview experience I have ever had. Everyone I talked to is very professional.
The whole process took about 4 weeks. Applied on LinkedIn, recruiter contacted me a week later for prescreening interview. Then met with the hiring manager and other team members in separate rounds. Speedy feedback after every interview. The recruiter called me the second day after every interview to follow up and walked me through the entire process. Received a verbal offer the second day and official offer letter arrived a week after. During that week, the recruiter provided timely update and never ghosted me.

The finance recruiting seem not organized. Recruiter not respond or promised to respond but then didn't. Had to go through hiring manager to get a HR phone interview. The HR phone interview is generic and unenthusiastic. Hiring manager phone interview is better, but seem not experienced with interviews- drilled down many details and all kinds of formatted behavior questions, seem expect very narrow career path and not appreciate diverse experience.

When talked about relationship skills, the hiring manager seem concerned with political relationship. It was confusing to me at the time but it has to show the culture a little bit...
