I was approached by a couple of employees at Gilly hicks and asked if I wanted to attend their induction day. When the day round, I was shown around the store and the stockroom. I then had to answer a couple of scenario questions and then was told what day I would be starting.
It was a group interview with a really relaxed vibe. The manager taking the interview was so lovely and it didn’t feel like there was that much pressure on you
