They asked for a writing sample, I'm pretty sure, in the application process. Then, they scheduled screening calls, but they were on Zoom (not phone and camera was on). I made it to the second round, but rejected with a generic email. I would have appreciated a response from a person since I met with two people from the team and invested a lot of time. I reached out to thank them and ask to keep in touch, but got no response. Not sure if this is standard process or I made a mistake somewhere! They do offer a recap call for feedback but I couldn't schedule that due to having surgery. I said that to them when I followed up, but no response. Questions were standard in both rounds -- and mix of intro questions and behavioral questions.
