The hiring process is divided into 2 steps. First one was the quick interview by the talent acquisition. Everything went great and they announced us the results on the same day.
After that we moved to the user interview. They gave us the study case for us to finish and to be discussed in the next interview but on the d-day, they didnt mention about the study case at all. The questions were out of the promised topic and the work we put on the study case was useless. After that no further announcement at all.
I kept on asking the update and they said they’ll get back to me ASAP but in fact they left me hanging. So i accepted other company’s offer.

There was three phases of interview
1. With HR - asking your background based on your profile
2. With Senior Consultant - The detail about your recent activity and your past working experience also playing a role play as an associate consultant
3. With the general manager - repeat the same question from the Senior consultant there's no difference after all
