The first was a skills analysis, which involved reading over a fact sheet then writing a media release based on the information. There was a basic Excel test, also. I did an in-person interview with both principals (CEO, COO). I also interviewed (I asked the questions) of the person to whom I would report. Finally, there is an on-line work style test.
