The first interview was with my manager, discussion on role and experience. The second was with a senior manager and ran through similar questions then did a role play.

3 stage process.
Initial telephone interview followed by meeting in house.
This was then followed by another interview in house featuring a presentation on a pre arranged series of topics. In my case it was a brief overview of the Power, Oil and Gas and Mining Industries and these in relation to the role. I also had to explain my understanding of the role.

Very structured and accessible - understanding of the company and market is needed. Met with senior management understood what the day-to-day would be like. Met the team before and had a tour around the office and building
