Contacted by recruiter for a technical interview after some basic questioning like experience, salary expectation, relocation etc.
Technical interview was over a voice call with hiring manager. The hiring manager was very knowledgeable, had very deep understanding and was very friendly. The interview felt a bit rushed as it was just for an hour and I didn't get to ask questions from my side, thus felt one sided.

Questions about my background so as to tap into depth and breadth of knowledge, understanding of concepts, detail orientation etc.
Got referred through a friend. This was for a recent experienced modeling position. HR rep contacted me and asked for available times, set up interview at the earliest. A senior team member from the team phoned me for the interview and the interview lasted for about 1 hour. 1 week process for several steps. At first you need to appear in phone-interview followed by on- site interview.
