they do walking interview on weekends with around 2 rounds of interviews. 3 rd round is project specific and PMs take interview with team leads. 4th round is taken by the clients. They judge the skills, past experience, domain knowledge and communication skills. In the first round few puzzles were asked. then moved onto situation questions with basic data structures and SQL questions.

Devaluation of candidate by reducing the initial offered package. Wasting candidate's time & disturbing the state of mind. They initiate the interview with unclear budget. Have cleared all the rounds & faced such a demotivated experience. Such unprofessional behaviour always reminds me of Global Logic in future, as they choose quantity over quality.
