I was recruited after the company found my resume online. I was looking for a senior-level position as I had 7+ years in senior and director level positions. While everyone I came into contact with at throughout the interview process was kind, interested, and genial, it felt like a bait and switch. The process was clear but when getting to the interview, it was a presentation in which showed how everyone starts from the bottom and works their way up. And, it was a 1099 position. Things that should be clear up front before asking someone to an interview.

It was done in groups and while they interviewed us 1-1 for ~5 min, the start is a self assessment.

Very robust and vast. They were polite and attentive. I enjoyed listening to the introduction and getting to know the product suite. Very enlightening and best of all its geared towards betterment of people's lives.

You get contacted for an initial phone screening. Then you get sent a Zoom invite for a group informational session where they play a video further explaining how the agency operates. After a few words from the CEO and key manager, you get put into breakout rooms for a final, personal interview. Overall, I'd rate it as a low difficulty interview.

I wasn’t genuinely interested in their offer or approach, so rather than waste more time listening to their sales tactics, I decided to disconnect from the call.
